the short version
01 — overview
we want you to be happy with your running high order. if something isn't right, we'll make it right. returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
02 — eligibility
to be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- in original packaging with all tags attached
items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
03 — how to return
starting a return is straightforward:

email help@runninghigh.com with your order number and the reason for your return. we'll respond within 1–2 business days.
receive your label
we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label for US orders. international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
ship it back
pack your item securely and drop it off at any carrier location. keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
get your refund
once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
04 — refunds
approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
05 — exchanges
we do not process direct exchanges. if you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
due to limited inventory on drop items, we recommend placing your new order before sending back the original to avoid selling out.
06 — final sale items
items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. this includes sale items, limited collaboration pieces, and promotional items clearly marked as final sale at checkout.
07 — damaged or incorrect items
if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the full cost of the return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. we'll take care of it from there.
